Catering
We offer a wide variety of catering options. If there is something that you are looking for that you do not see on this menu, please feel free to reach out to us and we can try our best to accommodate! If you are just looking to have a meeting catered, you can also choose off of our regular menu. Please give us at least a days notice before doing this so that we can make sure to have everything ready for you at the time of pick up!!
Catering Menu
Trays
Veggie Tray (Serves 10-15)
Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snap Peas, Cucumber, Peppers, Celery, and/or Radish. An assortment of seasonally fresh veggies. Served with your choice of Ranch or Veggie Dip.
Fruit Tray (Serves 10-15)
Melon, Pineapple, Grapes, or Berries. An assortment of seasonally fresh fruit. Served with your choice of fruit dip or no dip.
Cold Sandwich Tray (Half Sandwiches)
Your choice of any of the cold sandwiches from our menu.
Wraps Tray (Half)
Any of our cold sandwiches turned into wraps.
Breakfast Wraps Tray (Half)
Original Breakfast Burritos cut in half. With your choice of Bacon, Sausage and Ham.
Pastry Trays (Serves 10 -12)
Pastries of your choice and of availability.
Brownie Bites Tray
Our wonderful, made in house, brownies in bite size pieces.
Salads
Salads Per Person
Your choice of any of the salads on our menu.
Buffet Line Style Salads
Your choice of green salad or Caesar Salad.

*Feel Free to choose from any of our Coke products. Also depending on the amount of people and the location of your event we can also provide our Lotus Drinks and Coffees.

Pick your flavor, frosting and the amount of people and we will make it happen.

We have a list of cupcakes to choose from or we can make your favorite.
*Depending on the location and amount of people that will be at your event, we can also open up our ice cream options to you!
Buffet Style
If you are looking for a buffet style set up, we can accommodate! For a buffet we would schedule a sit-down meeting and go over exactly what it is that you are looking for, how many people you are accommodating, when you will have the event and anything else (besides food) that we can help to make your event exactly what you want.
Other Information
Maxin’s Room Rental $80.00 an hour (4 hour minimum if catering)
Staffing $25.00/2 staff per hour (4 hour minimum if catering)
(Prices are not posted as the amount of people will change per event. Please also know that a deposit will be needed at least 3 weeks before your event.)
